2. About the Application
Color Spark Studio is a creative mobile application that provides drawing, coloring, picture-reveal, letter-tracing and number-tracing activities.
The core creative and educational functions of the application are available offline. The application does not require users to create an account or provide a name, email address, telephone number or other profile information.
3. Information That May Be Collected
The application may automatically process limited technical information for analytics, application reliability and performance measurement.
This information may include:
- device identifiers and other technical identifiers associated with a particular device, browser or application installation;
- an application installation identifier, such as a Firebase Installation ID or a similar identifier;
- the device Advertising ID, where available and permitted by the device settings and applicable platform rules;
- device type, operating system version, application version, language and general technical configuration;
- information about application interactions, such as opened screens, used features, completed activities and general usage events;
- diagnostic information necessary to identify technical errors, crashes or performance problems.
The application does not use the Advertising ID to display personalized advertisements. Color Spark Studio does not contain advertising.
4. Purposes of Processing
Technical and analytical information may be processed for the following purposes:
- to understand how the application and its features are used;
- to measure general application performance;
- to detect crashes, errors and technical problems;
- to improve application stability, usability and functionality;
- to protect the application against misuse and technical abuse;
- to maintain the security and reliability of the application.
Information collected for analytics is not used to create advertising profiles or to deliver personalized advertising.
5. Artwork, Progress and Local Storage
Drawings, colored pictures, saved artwork, completed activities, unlocked achievements, stars, preferences and application progress are stored locally on the user's device or within the application's local storage.
This content is not automatically uploaded to a developer-operated cloud service. Color Spark Studio does not provide cloud synchronization or an online user account.
Local application content may be deleted if the user:
- deletes an artwork from the application;
- clears the application's storage;
- uninstalls the application;
- resets or replaces the device.
The developer may not be able to restore artwork or progress after it has been removed from local device storage.
6. Saving and Sharing Artwork
The application allows users to save their creations and share them using compatible functions available on the device.
Sharing is initiated voluntarily by the user. When the user selects the sharing option, the device may display applications or services capable of receiving the selected image.
The user chooses the recipient or third-party service. Any image shared outside Color Spark Studio is then processed according to the privacy practices and terms of the selected service.
The developer does not automatically publish, upload or distribute the user's artwork.
7. Permissions
Depending on the Android version and device configuration, the application may request limited permissions required to save or share artwork.
Permissions are used only for the function for which they are requested. Users may manage application permissions through the device settings.
Refusing an optional permission may prevent the related saving or sharing feature from working, but should not prevent access to unrelated application functions.
8. Advertising and In-App Purchases
Color Spark Studio does not display third-party advertisements.
The application does not offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases or other purchases of digital content.
9. Children’s Privacy
Color Spark Studio includes creative and educational activities that may be used by children.
The application does not require children to create accounts or directly provide their name, email address, telephone number, precise location or other profile information.
Any technical information processed by the application is intended only for limited purposes such as analytics, security, diagnostics and application functionality. It is not used for personalized advertising.
Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to supervise children's use of device sharing functions. A child should share artwork only with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
A parent or legal guardian who believes that personal information has been processed inappropriately may contact the developer at: contact@for-it.pl .
10. Third-Party Services
The application may use technical service providers or software components that support analytics, diagnostics, application distribution or basic technical operation.
These providers may process limited device, installation, usage or diagnostic information on behalf of the developer, subject to their applicable terms, privacy documentation and data protection obligations.
When a user voluntarily shares artwork using an external application, the selected third-party application acts according to its own privacy policy. The developer does not control how that external service processes the shared content.
11. Legal Basis for Processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation or similar applicable legislation applies, technical information may be processed on the basis of:
- the developer's legitimate interest in maintaining, securing, analyzing and improving the application;
- the user's consent, where consent is required by applicable law or platform rules;
- compliance with legal obligations applicable to the developer.
Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn in accordance with the options available in the application, device settings or by contacting the developer.
12. Data Sharing
The developer does not sell users' personal data.
Limited technical information may be processed by service providers supporting analytics, diagnostics, hosting, infrastructure, application distribution, security or technical maintenance.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, a valid legal request or a competent public authority.
Artwork may be transferred to a third party only when the user voluntarily selects and uses the sharing function.
13. International Data Transfers
Some technical service providers may operate or process information outside Poland or outside the European Economic Area.
Where required by applicable law, such transfers are carried out using appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
14. Data Retention
Artwork and application progress stored locally remain on the user's device until they are deleted by the user, removed through application storage settings or deleted when the application is uninstalled.
Technical, analytical and diagnostic information may be retained only for the period reasonably necessary to perform analytics, maintain application security, diagnose problems and improve application performance.
Information may be retained for a longer period where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
15. Data Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse or disclosure.
However, no electronic storage system, device or method of data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
16. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, users or their legal representatives may have the right to:
- request access to personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate personal data;
- request deletion of personal data;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- request data portability where applicable;
- lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
Because the application does not require an account, the developer may not always be able to connect a particular technical identifier with a specific person. Additional information may be needed to verify and process a privacy request.
Requests may be submitted to: contact@for-it.pl .
17. Deleting Application Data
Users may delete locally stored drawings and other content through the available application functions.
Users may also remove locally stored application data through the Android application settings or by uninstalling Color Spark Studio.
To request information about the deletion of technical data that may have been processed outside the device, contact: contact@for-it.pl .
18. External Links and Services
The application may interact with external applications only when the user chooses to share content or open a compatible service.
The developer is not responsible for the privacy practices, content or security of independent third-party applications and services.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application's functionality, technical components, data processing practices, legal requirements or platform rules change.
The latest version will be published on this page. The date shown at the beginning of the policy indicates when it was last updated.
